I tried using photoshop for pretty much the first time today.
This is what I did.

Ugh
Right now, I need to backup all my pictures before I can put anything new on my hard drive because it is basically full :x
So here are some older pictures I've taken to satiate you, Melissa. :P
Washington monument

Wiggling my camera during fireworks.
My brother and his girlfriend. This one was taken with my 35mm film camera.
Ray (foreground) and Zach (background) of the Helper T-Cells (also taken with the 35mm).

Animals in the Dark
I have this other blog for doodles that I make. It seems, though, that whenever I post something, these weirdo spam-bots leave comments in characters that I CANNOT UNDERSTAND! I haven't really drawn anything in awhile, but, did today.. and since I have completed something that I'm proud of, I'm going to post it here. Nanners.
Bam-a-lam. Hello, owl, you are somewhat evil looking! I used a fineliner marker, pencil, and a sharpie. I'm surprised the smell of the sharpie didn't give me a high.
There's a bird chirping really loudly outside. Guh.
EDIT!
I did another picture in the same style.
I may do more like this. We'll seeeee.
Oh, and to add some photography. My one roommate and I made some changes to the music room. We put up the backdrop that was made for Trap Tiger's CD release show on the one wall.
The backdrop was made by Carling Borne.

Pulling you gently
Cari challenged me to take a photograph that contains only three objects. I believe she said she was going to do it as well. So, here's what I did.
It's my owl teapot and mugs.
I was also goofing around with the camera outside because my one roommate put the Trap Tiger T's outside on our walkway to prevent people from tripping on the uneven cement.

Don't Photograph Me! Friday: The Roommate Edition
Yep. I'm starting something lame here. I've definitely heard way too many times "Put that camera away, Melissa", or "Come on, Melissa, please stop taking pictures!" So, I'll start posting them on Fridays, since I have so many damn photos of my friends covering their faces, and even more of my roommates doing it. Nanners.
Hi, roommate!
Hi, other roommate!
Hi, other OTHER roommate!
This is srs bznz (it sounds funnier when I say it, but I'm not deleting it).

Twisted Colours
I've been messing with more settings in iPhoto. There's so much you can do to your photos with that application alone.
Anyway, back when Trap Tiger played at the Mod Club in Toronto, there were these awful red lights that lit the entire stage and rendered some of my photos pretty useless. I was looking at them today and decided to mess with them. This is basically what the one photo looked like before..
After some major editing, I got the photo to come out like this.
I'm pretty excited about that photo. You could barely make out the shape of the guys, let alone their faces. The colour also turned out really cool. Basically, I need to start messing with settings more.
